We at Tetra Ventures have partnered with Five K Services (M) Sdn Bhd (5KS), a leading sports facility developer and operator in the Malaysia. Bringing together over 15 years of experience in the sports facility industry, 5KS will be leading the innovation in the Malaysian football industry by building and operating FIFA certified football field in strategic locations throughout Malaysia. Tetra Ventures and 5KS will join forces to develop and operate these fields primarily located in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Johor. Based on our joint efforts, our project pipeline stands at RM35million spanning over 5 strategic locations.

While Malaysia is a country with relatively small population, football has become a household name and a celebrated sports amongst the youth and seniors alike. There are many localised football club enthusiasts and hobbyists frequenting fields within their vicinity to play football. However, there are not many fit-for-purpose fields with high quality standards available in Malaysia. This presents a great opportunity for both Tetra Ventures and 5KS to capitalize on the gap. Once our project sites are up and running, we expect to run at a minimum of 80% capacity at any given time throughout the year and therefore, this project will break-even within 1.5 to 2 years and continue to generate sustainable cashflow for us.
